Noyes has deep roots in both political campaigns and corporate public relations. Recently serving as an Executive Vice President for a national communications and grassroots firm, Noyes had previously co-founded and managed an Atlanta-based consulting firm, Brock Clay GPA, from 2005 until 2012. From there he became the Executive Director of Communications and Strategy for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Global Intellectual Property Center. He served on President George W. Bush’s 2000 and 2004 presidential campaigns, and the 2004 New York RNC and 2016 Cleveland RNC Conventions. He was also part of the Bush Administration as a Senior Executive Level appointee at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. A Macon, Georgia native, Noyes began his career in the office of the late U.S. Senator Paul Coverdell (R-GA).
