Noyes has deep roots in both political campaigns and corporate public relations. He served on President George W. Bush’s 2000 and 2004 presidential campaigns and was a Senior Executive Level appointment in the Bush administration. Transitioning from the political operation at the 2004 NYC RNC Convention, Noyes founded and managed an Atlanta-based consulting firm from 2005 until 2012 when he joined the U.S. Chamber of Commerce as the Executive Director of Communications and Strategy for the business organization’s Global Intellectual Property Center, whose membership is comprised of some of the most innovative global corporations. A Macon, Georgia native, Noyes began his career in the office of the late U.S. Senator Paul Coverdell (R-GA) before serving in senior leadership positions at the Republic National Committee.
